Three Books
"If you had to recommend three books or poems that would deepen a visitor's understanding of your country and culture, what would they be?"
I really love this concept from the BBCs The Strand.
This question has been posed to four authors thus far covering Uzbekistan, Nigeria, Israel and soon to be released - Kenya.
What got me in to this concept was hearing Helon Habila talking about Nigeria and referencing the amazing classic 'Things Fall Apart' by Chinua Achebe.
