I always thought I was lucky in my first job in advertising for a number of reasons but one was the opportunity to work near a typographer who knew his art through and through.
His passion for the craft was contagious and to this day, I have had a good appreciation for what seems to have been an art on life support. So it's no surprise that friends sent me this fun infographic on fonts. It's a little silly but if it gets people to think about fonts in relation to emotions or design appreciation, then that has to be a good thing. It's funny how such an effort has been sent to me from the UK and India already. Things get around fast. Here's the full infographic http://bit.ly/d9Y7Y
Muhammad Saleem, working with Mashable, has put together this very cool infographic on Facebook's penetration in America.
Especially interesting for me is the heightened diversity and female bias of Facebook. No surprises on the age front but a little disappointed not to see San Francisco in the Top 10 cities as I'm heading that way. They must be too busy connecting in analogue.
Cool infographic by Online Schools via Mashable.
Key areas of interest for me are the rates for Q.1 China, Q.7 the lies we tell and Q.8 on sex. What's particularly interesting is that the porn industry is blaming its $74 Million decline on dating sites.
Maybe someone should introduce them to this new thing called free porn or just send them to some sites - badjojo or youporn for starters.
I love these great infographics on healthcare. To see more go to http://bit.ly/9B1S7D

Also liked this chart of theirs on Google facts although their timeline seems a little out of touch.
