That's what this dog is saying in Japanese.

Okay, I'm sure it doesn't translate "I hate you and you don't own me" but it makes me think of understanding languages.

Why can't we wear something when we go abroad that enables us to understand foreign languages and perhaps it could work in reverse?

The communication barrier can be broken and then we start to share on every level. How cool would that be?
