Hacking India
There's a great post on the Guardian's blog of a recent visit to India and joining up with guys who are circumnavigating the slow bureaucratic ways of the country to deliver what the community needs.
Anyone who knows my love of India will know that I don't have a bad word to say about this country. Their slowness is not purposeful; it's simply that many Indians struggle to get to completion and government there seems to be a honey pot for those people. Check out the cases offered in this post about making a difference in India - just ignore the first couple of paragraphs of chit chat http://bit.ly/9H5JUM Maybe there are ideas here we can re-apply.
